1 Our Privacy Commitment
Sendora ("we", "our", or "us") provides developers and website owners with form submission routing and instant Telegram notifications. We believe that your users' data belongs strictly to you. We never monetize, sell, broker, or analyze your form submission payload data for advertising purposes.
2 Information We Process
Depending on how you use Sendora, we process two categories of data:
A. Account & Billing Information
When you register an account, we collect your name, email address, password hash (via bcrypt), and optional Telegram Chat ID / Bot Token. Payments are processed securely via verified third-party gateways (Stripe/PayPal); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
B. Form Submissions & Payloads
When an end-user submits a form configured to your Sendora endpoint, we ingest the form fields, timestamp, IP address, and browser User-Agent. This data is logged to your private dashboard and instantly pushed to your configured Telegram destination.
3 How We Protect Your Data (Security & Encryption)
- TLS 1.3 In-Transit Encryption: All form submission traffic, API calls, and dashboard sessions are encrypted via high-grade modern TLS.
- Honeypot Anti-Spam: Automated bots hitting honeypot traps are filtered immediately to prevent spam cluttering your storage or Telegram feed.
- Strict Access Controls: Form submissions are isolated per user account. Other users or organizations cannot view or access your submission logs.
4 Data Retention & Deletion
You retain total ownership over your submission data. You can export all form submissions as CSV at any time from your dashboard or purge form entries individually or in bulk. When you delete an endpoint or close your account, associated submissions are permanently expunged from our production databases.
