1 Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, pointing HTML form actions, or integrating the Sendora API endpoints, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity.
2 Service Description & Form API Usage
Sendora provides zero-code form backend endpoints, parsing infrastructure, invisible honeypot filtering, and instant dispatch of incoming submissions to official Telegram Bot API webhooks and a web dashboard.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that forms submitting to your assigned Sendora API keys comply with applicable privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) and that visitors are informed about how their contact data is processed.
3 Pricing, Pay-As-You-Go Credits & Billing
Sendora offers a free introductory tier of 1,000 processed messages upon signup. Paid usage operates on a Pay-As-You-Go prepaid credit model priced at $0.50 USD per 1,000 messages ($0.0005/msg) with a minimum $3.00 recharge.
- No Expiration: Purchased credits never expire and roll over indefinitely.
- No Recurring Lock-in: We do not charge recurring monthly subscriptions unless explicitly opted into for dedicated enterprise SLA infrastructure.
- Refund Policy: Prepaid credit balances are refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused. Fully or partially consumed credits are non-refundable.
4 Acceptable Use & Anti-Abuse Rules
To protect the reputation of our delivery IP pools and Telegram bot channels, you strictly agree NOT to use Sendora to:
- Harvest plain-text passwords, authentication credentials, or unencrypted payment card CVV numbers.
- Operate phishing campaigns, malware drop points, or deceitful impersonation schemes.
- Send unsolicited spam messages, bot attacks, or deliberately bypass rate limits.
Accounts found violating acceptable use policies will be suspended immediately without refund, and offending endpoints will be blacklisted.
5 Service Availability & SLA
Sendora aims for 99.99% core API endpoint availability. Telegram push latency is typically sub-50 milliseconds, subject to upstream Telegram API operational status. We do not accept liability for downtime caused by upstream Telegram network outages or localized client internet connectivity.
